Refund and Return Policy

1. Purchasing Items from the Shop:

Customers must verify the product with the salesperson at the shop before purchasing. Any post-purchase issues must be resolved under the warranty coverage if the product has a valid warranty.

2. Unboxing Items:

When unboxing, customers must record a video of the process. Complaints about damage caused during delivery will not be entertained if the video is not provided.

3. Online Orders:

If a manufacturing defect is found in a delivered product, the customer must notify the hotline within 24 hours. The product must not have any scratches or damage, and the packaging must remain intact. Otherwise, replacement is not eligible.

4. Box Integrity on Delivery:

If the received box does not seem to contain the ordered product, customers must not use the item or damage the box. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for replacement.

5. Defective Products:

Faulty products can be replaced from the shop. Our experts will inspect the defect and take appropriate action to replace the product.

6. Replacement Fees:

If a defective product is replaced via a delivery agent, a replacement charge of BDT 200 is applicable. For locations outside Dhaka, only courier charges will apply. If a returned product is found broken, burned, or damaged upon receipt, the full responsibility lies with the customer.

7. Non-Supportive or Unwanted Items:

Products purchased from the website that do not support your specified device or are no longer wanted are not eligible for return or replacement.

8. Software and Licenses:

No returns or refunds are allowed for software or software licenses once purchased.

9. Refund Processing Time:

For valid reasons, refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days. Online payment refunds may take longer.

10. Refund Charges:

Refunds for mobile financial services, online gateways, or POS payments are subject to applicable refund charges.

11. Courier-Damaged Products:

If the product is damaged or the package is torn, customers should not accept the product from the courier. If accepted, the customer assumes full responsibility, and no complaints will be entertained.

12. Cashback Adjustments:

If the customer receives cashback during payment, the equivalent cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.
