Before purchasing your next computer product from us, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. Your understanding and cooperation mean a lot to us. Thank you for choosing M.A Computer!

Warranty Policy

The warranty you receive at the time of purchase follows the manufacturer’s terms. This means the brand’s original company handles the warranty service for the product. Each brand has its own warranty policies, which you can find on their official websites. M.A Computer is here to help you make the warranty process smooth and hassle-free.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms:

M.A Computer follows international, domestic, and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) warranty policies for all products.

Warranty is an agreement between you and the manufacturer or importer, where they are responsible for repairing or replacing the product.

We are here to fully support you in availing warranty services and will act as a mediator between you and the brand’s service team.

Most products we import include quick warranty services, and in many cases, we replace items immediately upon receiving complaints.

Please note, not all products come with a warranty. Only those with a declared warranty period are covered.

Key Points About Warranty Coverage:

Laptop warranties generally range from 1-3 years, depending on the brand and model. However, laptop batteries and adapters have a 1-year warranty.

If a defect is found in a product under warranty, we will aim to repair it. In some cases, it may be replaced immediately.

If the exact model is unavailable for replacement, we may offer an equivalent product from our stock or a higher-quality option after accounting for depreciation.

If repair or replacement is not possible, we may provide a refund after adjusting the product’s value for depreciation.

The time required for warranty servicing can vary, often taking 5-7 days to 35-40 days or longer if parts need to be imported.

Important Notes:

M.A Computer is not responsible for data loss or software issues during usage or servicing. Data recovery or software reinstallation is not included in the warranty.

"Lifetime warranty" refers to the period during which the product is market-relevant. Products that are End of Life (EOL) or discontinued are no longer covered. As per BCS guidelines, lifetime warranties are valid for a maximum of 2 years.

Services outside the warranty scope may incur charges, which will be confirmed with you beforehand.

If parts need to be replaced or added during servicing, you can provide them yourself or pay an advance for us to arrange them.

Warranty Exclusions or Conditional Cases

While we strive to provide the best support, some conditions may void the warranty:

Damage caused by negligence, such as water damage, burns, scratches, or breakage.

Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers or stickers.

Rust, fungus, or deep scratches on motherboards, graphics cards, or RAM.

Broken, bent, or deformed pins on motherboards or processors.

BIOS passwords or security codes are not covered, as we do not set these during delivery.

Removing the original operating system on Apple MacBooks will void the warranty.

Printer consumables such as cartridges, toner, heads, rollers, drums, and similar parts are not covered.

Printers using ink or toner not specified by the manufacturer will not be eligible for warranty claims.

For bundled keyboard-mouse sets, the entire set (including accessories) must be returned for warranty claims.

Power adapters for printers, scanners, routers, switches, and similar devices are not covered.

Additional Information

Warranty claims for monitors require at least 3 visible dead pixels. Please bring the original monitor box during warranty claims.

If a product remains in the warranty or service department for more than 2 months, M.A Computer will not be responsible for it.

If you lose the warranty receipt, please provide the purchase receipt or other proof to claim warranty services.
